      • Average Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE)
    • Fitness Goal: When you use commands like /goal, you provide your fitness objective (e.g., bulk, cut, recomp).
    • Preferences: Your preference for receiving weekly reminders.
  • Information Collected Automatically (via Discord):
    • Discord User ID: We store your unique Discord User ID to identify your logged data, provide personalized feedback, manage premium access, send direct messages (for reminders, if enabled), and handle specific commands linked to your account.
    • Discord Server ID: We may store the ID of the Discord server(s) where the bot is used for features like server-specific configurations, or if necessary for reminding you in a shared channel. We do not generally log specific messages or conversations unless they are command inputs relevant to bot functionality.
  • Information from Third Parties (OpenAI):
    • When you request AI feedback or comparisons, certain anonymous data derived from your logged stats (e.g., “Weight: 75kg, Calories: 2500, Goal: bulk”) is sent to OpenAI’s API for processing. Your Discord User ID, username, or other direct personal identifiers are NOT sent to OpenAI as part of these requests, unless you explicitly include them in the data you log. OpenAI’s use of data is governed by their own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: This includes processing your logged fitness data to generate personalized AI feedback, perform weekly comparisons, and store your fitness goals.
  • To Improve the Service: We may use aggregated, anonymized data to understand usage patterns, identify trends, and enhance the bot’s features and performance.
  • To Communicate with You: If you enable reminders, we will send you direct messages on Discord. We may also send service-related announcements or updates.
  • For Internal Analytics: To monitor the bot’s health, track token usage for AI services, and manage resources.
  • To Fulfill Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With OpenAI: As mentioned in Section 1, anonymous statistical data is sent to OpenAI’s API for AI processing. Your direct Discord identifiers are not shared unless you explicitly log them yourself.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information if you give us explicit permission to do so.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).
  • To Protect Our Rights: We may disclose your information if we believe it’s necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

  • Storage Location: Your logged fitness data and Discord User ID are stored in a secure database managed by us.
  • Security Measures: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your logged fitness data and associated Discord User ID for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or until you request deletion of your data. Feedback history is retained to allow access to past insights.
